1)Patience;
2)Consistency; and
3) Clear Video Proof
Clear Video Proof goes beyond the "He said, She said" and helps prove that the neighbors who are being a Private Nuisance are proving both a:
1)Substantial; and
2) Unreasonable disruption of your quiet use and enjoyment of your property.
It needs to show how loud the music is and who it is coming from so that it can be used to verify it is actually your noisy neighbors and not your television or someone else. Please remember that we can never go onto the property of any noisy neighbor to video, however, we can walk by, drive by or even video from our property as long as we are in a spot that would normally be legal to be in on our property.
